Sport For All: Promoting Inclusion and Combating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities Project, coordinated by the General Directorate of International Organizations and Foreign Relations, is being implemented from March 2025 to August 2026 under the European Union-Council of Europe Joint Project (EU-CoE Joint Project). The project is being carried out in the cooperation with the Council of Europe’s Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS) and the Sport Unit of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Education, Youth, Sports, and Culture (DG EAC) in Türkiye, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Serbia, Southern Cyprus, Armenia, and Ukraine.

The project aims to improve access to sports for persons with disabilities, combat discrimination in sports, and foster the development of inclusive sporting environments. To this end, training capacity-building, and awareness-raising activities are being conducted.

The kick-off meeting of the project was held in Strasbourg on 16 May 2025, and the Türkiye Workshop was organised in Ankara between 6-10 April 2026 as part of the project.
